Nintendo sues Switch emulator Yuzu for ‘facilitating piracy at a colossal scale’

Nintendo is notoriously awful when it comes to enforcing copyrights. While Nintendo remains in it's full legal right to C&D fan games, roms, and youtubers, it hasn't ever had the legal rights to shut down an emulator project.

What this lawsuit brings with it is scary for the future of emulation, although we should still try to remain optimistic.
